Shipping and Returns
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are shipped the same day using Fastway or Parcel Motel. This means that for all Irish orders your Wicked Vapes package is likely to be with you the following day*. Please remember that Parcel Motel and Fastway do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday.
All Wicked Vaping products are shipped in a gray Plastic bag, padded envelope or box:
- Irish Delivery on all orders over €50 is FREE
- UK Delivery (Express) on all other orders is €15.00
*However please allow up to 5 working days for your package to arrive before contacting our customer services team on +353 (0)85 280 8654.

For incorrect orders, faulty goods or damaged goods please email us within 30 days of purchase. Where goods are found to be faulty or damaged you are entitled to replacement goods. If you change your mind after payment please be aware that as a company we adhere to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. Again, please get in touch within 14 days and we will be happy to offer you a full refund providing goods are sent back to us unopened. (Shipping cost excluded of refund)
If you are returning faulty or damaged goods to us then please send them to the address provided by customer support.
